Do I need to be home for the groom?
It helps to be home so we can bring your pet out and hand them back. Everything happens in the van in your driveway, and you get a photo when we're done.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Membership is month to month, billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
My dog gets nervous at the groomer. Is this different?
Yes. We groom one pet at a time with no cages and no loud cage dryers, and we work gently and calmly. Many nervous pets do far better without a busy salon and a car ride.
How big a dog can you groom, and do you take cats?
We groom dogs from a 5-lb Yorkie to a 120-lb Great Dane. Large or double-coated dogs get a quick re-quote before the first visit. Cats are welcome on request.
